When can I start using my plan?

Immediately! Once you've signed up, you can log in and start collecting photos right away.

How does the 60 day satisfaction guarantee work?

Just sign up for a paid package (like Plus) and give it a shot. You've then got 60 days to decide if you like Every Single Shot. If you decide you don't like it, just contact us to cancel your account and get a full refund.

Can I choose a different package after I've signed up?

When will my credit card be billed?

If you sign up for a paid package, you'll be able to enter your credit card information after sign up. Your credit card be charged within 24 hours of sign up, and we'll email you with a receipt as well.

How do you process payments?

If I change from a paid package to the free one, will I get a refund for the difference?

If you switch from a paid package to the free one, we can't refund your money. But remember: we have a 60 day satisfaction guarantee - if you'd like a refund from a paid package within the first 60 day after signing up, you can contact us to have your account canceled and your money refunded. It really is that simple. :)

Is there a long-term contract? How do I cancel?

No, there are no hidden long term contracts! We don't believe in long term contracts - if you're not happy with our service, we want to make it as easy as possible for you to cancel. To cancel, just go to your account page after logging in and click on "please cancel our account" - it's that easy.

What forms of payment are ok?

We use PayPal to securely process all payments. This means that you can use Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, or your PayPal account. The choice is completely up to you. When you do make a payment after signing up, we'll email you a receipt for your records.
